मंजुल भारद्वाज द्वारा लिखित आणि दिग्दर्शित नाटक गर्भ . गर्भ हे नाटक म्हणजे आपल्या अस्तित्वाला निर्माण करण्याचा प्रवास. एक कलाकार आणि एक सक्षम व्यक्ती म्हणून आपल्या जीवनात सक्षमतेने उभं राहण्याची प्रेरणा हे नाटक देत . आपल्या जगामध्ये आपण वेगवेगळ्या धर्माची ,जातीची आणि पंथांची चादर घालून वावरत असतो फिरत असतो. बाळ जन्माला येते त्यावेळी ते कोणत्या धर्माचा आणि जातीचा नसते. ते जन्माला आल्यानंतर त्याची ओळख बनवण्यासाठी त्याचे नामकरण केले जाते . त्याचे नाव ठेवले जाते ते हि आपल्या सोयीसाठी , आणि या समाजाने बनवलेल्या संस्कार आणि संस्कृतीच्या जाळ्यात बोललं तर अडकवले जाते. माणूस हा मुळात विसरून जातो कि, त्याचा मूळ आधार ह्या संवेदना आहेत. तो विशिष्ट्य धर्माच्या चादरी खाली आपल्या संवेदनांना संपवून दुसऱ्या धर्मापेक्षा आपला धर्म कसा श्रेष्ठ होईल याच्यासाठी जीवन भर धडपडत असतो. एक विशिष्ट स्पर्धा लागलेली असते . त्या स्पर्धे मध्ये सर्वात जास्त जीवितहानी या धर्माच्या नावावर होत असते . या सर्व जाती, धर्म, पंथ यांच्या कोशातून हे नाटक व्यक्तीला बाहेर काढतो . एक चांगला माणूस म्हणून जगण्याची दिशा या नाटकातून देण्याचे काम नाटकाचे रचेते मंजुल भारद्वाज यांनी केले आहे . अश्विनी नांदेडकर या नाटकात सुंदर अभिनय करतात . नाटकातील विचार आणि शरीराची मुद्रा एकाच वेळी रंगमंचावर लय निर्माण करत असते. या नाटकाची प्रस्तुती होते आणि प्रेक्षक स्वत:ला या जाती, धर्म , पंथ यांच्यातून बाहेर काढतो .त्यावेळी संवेदना जागृत झालेल्या पहायला मिळतात. प्रेक्षक या कलाकृती मध्ये स्वत: जगलेले क्षण सांगत असताना तो स्वत: ची यात्रा आपल्या मुखातून व्यक्त करत असतो.
मंजुल भारद्वाज द्वारा लिखित आणि दिग्दर्शित नाटक गर्भ मध्ये कलेचा आणि कलाकारांचा उन्मुक्त प्रवास पहायला मिळतो . सांस्कृतिक क्रांतीची प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात ठिणगी लावणार हे नाटक रंगभूमीवर प्रेक्षकांना सकारात्मक विचार देण्यासाठी प्रतिबद्ध आहे. कलाकारांना एक वैचारिक कलाकार म्हणून निर्माण करण्याची चेतना हे नाटक कलाकारांणमध्ये निर्माण करत आहे.
या नाटकामध्ये कलाकार अश्विनी नांदेडकर , सायली पावसकर , कोमल खामकर, योगिनी चौक आणि तुषार म्हस्के आपल्या कलेतून हे नाटक रंगमंचावर सादर करत आहेत.
१२ ऑगस्ट १९९२ पासून “ थियेटर ऑफ रेलेवंस”रंग सिद्धांत जनतेसाठी ‘जन चिंतन मंच ‘ म्हणून उदयास आला आणि १२ ऑगस्ट २०१७ रोजी आपल्या रंग दर्शन यात्रेची २५ वर्षे पूर्ण केली. या २५ वर्षात “थियेटर ऑफ रेलेव्हन्स” नाट्य दर्शनाने , रस्ते, चौक, गावे, आदीवासी पाडे आणि शहरांतून आपली वैश्विक उड्डाण भरून आपली जागतिक स्वीकृती मिळवली आहे.
‘थिएटर ऑफ रेलेवंस’चे सिद्धांत
१)‘थिएटर ऑफ रेलेवंस’हा एक असा रंगमंच आहे, ज्याची सृजनशीलता विश्वाला मानवीय आणि अधिक उत्तम बनवण्यासाठी प्रतिबद्ध असेल.
२) कला ही कलेसाठी नसून समाजाप्रती स्वतःची जबाबदारी स्वीकारेल. लोकांच्या जीवनाचा हिस्सा बनेल.
३) जे मानवी गरजा भागवेल आणि अभिव्यक्तीचे एक माध्यम म्हणून उपलब्ध असेल.
४) जे स्वतःचा बदलाचे माध्यम म्हणून शोध घेईल. स्वतःचा शोध घेईल आणि रचनात्मक बदलाची प्रक्रिया पुढे नेईल.
५) जे मनोरंजनाच्या सीमा ओलांडून जीवन जगण्याचे माध्यम वा पद्धती बनेल.

आज विकासाच्या नावाखाली निसर्गाच्या विनाश काळात, मानवाचे मानवी असणे हे आव्हान झाले आहे. नाटक “गर्भ”, “अनहद नाद – Unheard Sounds of universe” आणि “न्याय के भंवर में भंवरी”या नाटकांच्या माध्यमातुन आपणांस आपल्या आंतील मानवाचा आवाज ऐकवण्यासाठी,मुंबईत १५, १६ आणि १७ नोव्हेंबर २०१७ रोजी तीन दिवसीय ‘नाट्य उत्सव’ साजरा करण्याचे आयोजन केले आहे. आपल्या अर्थपूर्ण आणि सृजनात्मक, रचनात्मक सहभागाची अपेक्षा आहे. कारण “थियेटर ऑफ रेलेवंस”रंग सिद्धांतानुसार,’प्रेक्षक’हा पहिला आणि सशक्त रंगकर्मी आहेत.
