राज्यपालांनी राष्ट्रवादीला सत्तास्थापनेचं आमंत्रण दिलंय, पण ते सत्तास्थापन करतील का? त्यांनी आधीच सांगितलंय की जनतेने आम्हाला विरोधात बसण्याचा कौल दिलाय. मग त्यांना सत्ता स्थापन करायची असेल तर आघाडीची सत्ता स्थापन होईल, शिवसेना बाहेरून पाठींबा देईल, मग शिवसेनेने जो अट्टाहास केला त्याचा फायदा काय? समजा पवार साहेबांनी जरा सामंजस्याने घेतलं आणि शिवसेनेला इन केलं तर काँग्रेस मुख्यमंत्रीपद घेतल्याशिवाय राहील असं वाटत नाही. मग मुख्यमंत्रीपदाचे वाटप कसे होईल? जर 2 - 2 - 1 किंवा अशाप्रकारचा फॉर्म्युला ठरला तर दोन्ही काँग्रेस आधी मुख्यमंत्रीपद उपभोगून सेनेची पाळी येईल तेव्हा सरकार पाडू शकतात, म्हणजे पुन्हा सेनेला ठेंगा. सेनेचा फायदा सुरुवातीला मुख्यमंत्रीपद मिळवण्यात आहे आणि किमान २ वर्षे तरी हे पद मिळायला हवं, नाहीतर हा घाट घालून काहीच मिळवलं नाही असा अर्थ होईल. जर सेना सावध नाही राहिली तर 99 टक्के दोन्ही काँग्रेस त्यांना उल्लू बनवतील. सोनिया बाईंनी सेनेसोबर जायची परमिशन दिली नाही आणि मग दोघे (सेना-राष्ट्रवादी) मिळून बहुमत सिद्ध करू शकले नाही तरी प्रॉब्लेम आहे. म्हणजे भाजप त्यांच्या विरोधात वोट करणार आणि कॉंग्रेसनेही विरोधात वोट केलं तर? पुन्हा गडबड.

आता दोनही काँग्रेसचा विचार केला तर तर दोघांनाही काही फरक पडत नाही, कारण जनतेने दिलेल्या कौलनुसार आतापर्यंत युतीची सत्ता यायला हवी होती. समजा शिवसेनेच्या मदतीने सत्ता मिळालीच तर ती आयती सत्ता असणार आहे. पण कॉंग्रेस सेनेसोबत जाईल असं वाटत नाही. सेनेला त्यासाठी हिंदुत्वाचा त्याग करावा लागेल. कारण सोनिया बाई या बाबतीत खमक्या आहेत. त्या कुणासमोर झुकणार वगैरे नाहीत. इतक्या वर्षाचा फ्रंटवर राजकारण खेलून अनुभवही त्यांच्याकडे आहे. मग प्रश्न असा की दोन्ही काँग्रेसलाही मध्यावधी हवी आहे का? कदाचित होय. मला ही खूप मोठी खेळी वाटतेय. राज्यपालांनी सर्वांना सत्तास्थापन करण्याचा हक्क दिल अपण कुणी करु शकले नाही म्हणून ते राष्ट्रपती राजवट लागू करु शकतात. त्यात त्यांच्यावर कुणी कायदेशीररित्या आरोप करु शकत नाही. कारण त्यांनी शिवसेनेलाही बोलवलं, आता तर राष्ट्रवादीलाही बोलवतील. त्यानंतर ते कदाचित कॉंग्रेसला बोलवणार नाही. तीन मोठे पक्ष बहुमत सिद्ध करु शकत नसतील तर राष्ट्रपती राजवट. पुढे मध्यावधी...
आता दोन्ही कॉंग्रेसला मध्यावधी का हवी असेल? शिवसेनेला मुख्यमट्रीपदाचं गारज दाखवत केंद्रातील मंत्रीपद सोडायला लावलं, युती तोडायला लावली. भाजपा खूप संरक्षित खेळ खेळतेय. त्यांनी युती तोडली नाही, त्यांनी मंत्रीपदाचा राजीनामा मागितला नाही. मागे युती तुटली त्याचंही खापर (योग्य की अयोग्य यात नको पडूया) शिवसेनेवरच फुटलं. आता युती तोडल्यानंतर सरळ कॉंग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादीने अनुमती पत्र द्यावं की देऊ नये? आजच्या डिहीटल युगात ते पत्र फॅक्सही करता येतं. पण दोघांनी तसं केलं नाही. सेनेला राजभवनात जाऊ दिलं आणि त्यांचा पचका झाला. आता दोन्ही कॉंग्रेसला मध्यावधी का हवी असेल? कारण आता जर मध्यावधी झाली तर सेना भाजप वेगळे लढतील आणि आघाडी एकत्र. त्यामुळे राज्यात आघाडीचे वर्चस्व येऊ शकेल अशी दोन्ही काँग्रेसला आशा असावी. ते वर्चस्व निर्माण होईल की नाही हाही प्रश्न आहे. कारण भाजप काही गप्प बसेल असं वाटत नाही. सेना युतीतून बॅकआउट झाल्यावर भाजपला मताधिक्य वाढवण्यासाठी अजून दोन पर्याय आहेत. बाळासाहेब आंबेडकर आणि राज ठाकरे. यात राज ठाकरेंचा चांगला वापर होऊ शकतो. सेनेने फारकत घेतलीच असेल तर सेनेला आव्हान देण्यासाठी राज ह्यांच्यापेक्षा दुसरा हुकुमाचा एक्का कोण असू शकतो? दोन्ही भावंड समोरासमोर एकमेकांविरोधात उभी राहिली की गेम चेंज होऊ शकतो. पवार साहेबांनी राजना मोदींच्या विरोधात उभं केलं म्हणून फारसा फरक पडला नाही. कारण मोदींना वोट देणारे वोटर्स वेगळे आहेत, ते राज ह्यांचं का ऐकतील. पण शिवसेनेच्या समोर राजना उभं केलं तर खूप मोठा फरक पडू शकतो. आजही असे काही शिवसेनेचे मतदार आहेत, जे राज ह्यांच्याकडे आशेने पाहत आहेत. हाताच्या बोटावर मोजले जाणार्या अशा काही मतदारांना मी ओळखतो, त्यांना मोदींना बोललेलं आवडत नाही, पण ते शिवसेनेचे मतदार आहेत. कारण मोदी आणि सेना हिंदुतव्वादी आहेत. त्यांना असंही वाटतं की राज ठाकरे हे बाळासाहेबांचे खरे वारसदार आहेत. हा वर्ग राज ठाकरेंकडे पर्यायाने भाजपाकडे वळू शकतो आणि मताधिक्य वाढू शकतं.
उलट मी तर म्हणेन राज ह्यांच्यासाठी ही नामी संधी आहे. तसंही त्यांचं राजकीय अस्तित्व नाही. मनसे हा कुटुंबवादी पक्ष आहे, त्यांच्यानंतर (पुढे जर पक्ष टिकला तर) अमितच अध्यक्ष असेल यावर कुणीच वाद घालणार नाही. म्हणून राज ह्यांनी भविष्यासाठी हा विचार करायला हरकत नाही. एकला चलो रे ने राज ह्यांचं भलं झालं नाही, मोदींना शिव्या घालून असलेलं बळही ते गमावून बसले आहेत. आता पक्षाला संजीवनी मिळवण्यासाठी भाजपसोबत महायुतीत सहभागी होऊ शकतात. शिवसेने इतक्या जागा वाटप होणार नाही. पण समजा १५ जागा जरी मिळाल्या आणि त्यातले ८ आमदार जरी निवडून आले तरी मनसेचा फायदाच आहे. उलट एखादं मंत्रीपदही मिळू शकेल राज्यात. आता या अंदाजाची शक्यता उद्या काय होणार यावर आहे. उद्या राष्ट्रवादी सरकार स्थापन कर शकली नाही तर राष्ट्रपती राजवट, मध्यावधीला पर्याय नाही असं प्रथमदर्शनी तरी दिसतंय आणि मध्यावधी झाली. शिवसेनेसोबत युती झाली नाही तर राज हा उत्तम पर्याय आहे. पण भाजपाला राज ह्यांची जितकी गरज आहे, त्याहीपेक्षा १०० पट जास्त राजना भाजपची गरज असली पाहिजे. ही नामी संधी राज ह्यांनी सोडू नये आणि जर शिवसेना हा पक्ष शत्रू म्हणून समोर उभा असेल तर राज ह्यांना समोर ठेवत त्या पक्षाशी दोन हात करता येतील. यामुळे होईल असं की फडणविस दोन्ही कॉंग्रेसवर लक्ष केंद्र करु शकतील आणि राज शिवसेनेवर. असो... पुढचं पुढे...
