वैद्यकीय क्षेत्रात या व्यसनाचं नामकरण 'नोमोफोबिया' असं करण्यात आलंय. मोबाइल जवळ नसल्यावर अस्वस्थ, बेचैन व्हायला होणं, मोबाइलविना बसण्याची भीती वाटणं म्हणजे 'नोमोफोबिया'. आज अनेकांमध्ये या रोगाची लक्षणं दिसू लागली आहेत. त्यापैकी तुम्ही किंवा तुमच्या ओळखीचा कुणी असेल तर हे व्यसन सोडविण्यासाठी आम्ही काही टिप्स देत आहोत..

नोटिफिकेशन बंद करा!

फेसबुक, ट्विटर, इन्स्टाग्रामसारख्या सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्सकडून सतत येणारी नोटिफिकेशन आपलं लक्ष विचलित करतात. फेसबुकवरची आपली पोस्ट कुणीतरी 'लाइक' केल्याचं नोटिफिकेशन येतं, आपला फोन वाजतो, आपली उत्सुकता ताणली जाते, आपण नोटिफिकेशन पाहतो, फेसबुकवर जातो आणि मग त्यातच गढून जातो, कामं विसरून स्मार्टफोनमध्ये डोकं घालून बसतो.

हे टाळण्यासाठी नोटिफिकेशन बंद करून टाकणं हा सगळ्यात सोपा मार्ग आहे. त्यामुळे तुमचा बराच वेळ सत्कारणी लागू शकतो आणि स्मार्टफोन दूर ठेवता येऊ शकतो.

डोळे मिटा, दीर्घ श्‍वास घ्या!

आपल्याला जर स्मार्टफोनचा 'चस्का' लागला असेल, तर एखादं महत्त्वाचं काम करतानाही तुम्हाला मोबाइल साद घालू शकतो. बघू जरा व्हॉट्सअँपवर काय आलंय, फेसबुकवर कुणी काही टाकलंय का, हे बघण्याची हुक्की येऊ शकते. अशावेळी एकच करा. डोळे घट्ट मिटा, दीर्घ श्‍वास घ्या आणि मोबाइल न पाहण्याचा निर्धार करा. इथे मनावर ताबा ठेवू शकलात, तर तुम्ही या व्यसनातून लवकरच मुक्त होऊ शकता.

सोशल मीडिया अँप नकोतच!

तुम्ही 'नोमोफोबिया'च्या अगदी जवळ गेला असाल, तर मग स्मार्टफोनमधली सोशल मीडियाची सगळी अँप तातडीनं बंद करा. हे टोकाचं पाऊल वाटेल; पण ते गरजेचं आहे. कामं संपल्यानंतर उरलेल्या वेळात सोशल साइट्स बघायच्या असतील, तर त्या ब्राउजरवरून पाहा. तो मार्ग थोडा क्लिष्ट असल्यानं आपोआपच तुम्ही इच्छेला मुरड घालाल. याउलट, अँप असली की आपण उठसूट एक क्लिक करून 'सोशल' भटकंतीत आपले तासन्तास वाया घालवतो.

इथे फोनचा वापर टाळा!

आपण कुठे कुठे, कधी, कुठल्या वेळी स्मार्टफोनचा वापर टाळू शकतो, हे शोधण्याचा प्रयत्न करा. अमुक गोष्ट करताना किंवा अमुक ठिकाणी, या या वेळी मी स्मार्टफोन वापरणार नाही, असा दृढनिश्‍चय करा. उदा. जेवताना किंवा एखाद्या व्यक्तीशी बोलताना किंवा कुठल्याशा कार्यक्रमाला गेलो असताना किंवा रात्री झोपताना फोनला हातही लावणार नाही, असं पक्कं ठरवा. एवढं नियंत्रण एकदम शक्य नाही, म्हणून टप्प्याटप्प्यानं हा टप्पा वाढवत जाऊ शकता.

ग्रुप चॅटचा आवाज बंद करा!

ऑफिस किंवा घरच्यांचा ग्रुप, ज्याच्यावर महत्त्वाचे मेसेजच येतात, ते वगळता इतर सगळे ग्रुप म्यूट करून टाका. त्यामुळे तुमचं लक्ष विचलित होण्याचं प्रमाण लक्षणीयरीत्या कमी होईल. बरं, या ग्रुपवरचं संभाषण तुम्ही नंतर कधीही वाचू शकता. त्यामुळे तुमचं नुकसान काहीच नाही. उलट फोनची बॅटरी वाचेल, हा अतिरिक्त फायदाच होईल.

मेसेजला रिप्लाय देण्याची वेळ ठरवा!

वेगवेगळ्या अँपवर येणारे सगळे मेसेज किंवा प्रत्येक एसएमएसला तात्काळ उत्तर देण्याची, रिप्लाय करण्याची गरज नसते. त्यामुळे दिवसांतल्या तीन वेळा (सकाळची, दुपारची, रात्रीची) निश्‍चित करून, त्याच वेळी हे रिप्लाय करा. बघा, मोबाइलपासून आपोआपच तुम्ही दूर राहाल.

झोपण्यापूर्वी फोन बंद करा!

झोपताना बिछान्यावर मोबाइल घेऊन लोळत पडणं, चकाट्या पिटणं, दिवसभरातील जोक्स वाचत बसणं, डोळे मिटत असतानाही ते ताणून जागे ठेवत कुणाशीतरी चॅट करणं, हे प्रकार हल्ली प्रत्येक घरात पाहायला मिळतात. ते टाळण्यासाठी रात्री बिछान्यावर पडण्याआधी मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ करून चाजिर्ंगला लावून टाकायला हवा. तेही आपल्या बेडरूमच्या बाहेर. म्हणजे रात्री चुकून जाग आली आणि व्हॉट्सअँप बघायची लहर आली, तरी बाहेर

जायचे कष्ट आपण घेणार नाही. सकाळपयर्ंत वाट पाहण्याशिवाय आपल्याकडे पर्यायच नसेल.

जराचे घड्याळ वापरा!

आता तुम्ही म्हणाल की, आम्ही मोबाइलवर गजर लावतो म्हणून तो उशाशी घेऊन झोपतो. असं असेल तर, लगेच एक गजराचं घड्याळ घेऊन या. मोबाइलवर गजर न लावता हे घड्याळ वापरा आणि मोबाइल दूरच ठेवा.

कामाच्या ठिकाणी मोबाइल नकोच!

ऑफिसमध्ये स्मार्टफोन जवळ असताना कामात होणार्‍या चुकांचं प्रमाण अधिक असल्याचं संशोधनातूनच समोर आलंय. त्यामुळे अनेक कार्यालयांनी कर्मचार्‍यांच्या मोबाइल वापरावर निबर्ंध आणलेत. ऑफिसमध्ये असताना ठरावीक वेळेत आणि ठरावीक ठिकाणीच त्यांना मोबाइल वापरता येतो. इतर वेळी तो लॉकरमध्ये ठेवावा लागतो. असे निबर्ंध तुमच्या ऑफिसमध्ये नसतील, तर ते तुम्हीच घालून घेणं तुमच्यासाठीच फायद्याचं आहे. तुमच्या डेस्कपासून फोन लांब ठेवा, शक्यतो तो बंदच ठेवा किंवा एअरप्लेन मोडवर तरी ठेवा. त्यामुळे तुमचं लक्ष विचलित होणार नाही आणि चुकाही कमी होतील.

लांबलचक पासवर्ड ठेवा!

आपला स्मार्टफोन झटपट सुरू करता यावा म्हणून बहुतांश जण साधासोपा, छोटा पासवर्ड ठेवतात; पण आपला उद्देश वेगळा आहे. आपल्याला स्मार्टफोन कमीत कमी वापरण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करायचे आहेत. त्यामुळे आपण अत्यंत किचकट आणि लांबलचक पासवर्ड ठेवावा. म्हणजे सतत फोन अनलॉक करून त्यावर रेंगाळत बसण्याचं प्रमाण कमी होऊ शकेल.
