जम्मू आणि काश्मीरमध्ये गेल्या काही तासांमध्ये वेगवान घडामोडी घडत आहेत.
अमरनाथ यात्रेसाठी आलेले भक्त आणि इतर पर्यटकांना सरकारनं काश्मीर खोरं सोडून जाण्याच्या सूचना केल्या आहेत. राज्याच्या माजी मुख्यमंत्री मेहबूबा मुफ्ती यांनी शुक्रवारी रात्री आपल्या निवासस्थानी एक तातडीची बैठक घेतली.
या बैठकीमध्ये जम्मू आणि काश्मीरमधील इतर प्रादेशिक पक्षांचे नेते सहभागी झाले. त्यात नॅशनल कॉन्फरन्सचे फारुख अब्दुल्ला, पीपल्स कॉन्फरन्सचे सज्जाद लोन आणि पीपल्स मूव्हमेंटचे शाह फैसल यांनी भाग घेतला होता.
'हात जोडून आवाहन करते'
मेहबुबा मुफ्ती यांनी पत्रकार परिषदेत सांगितलं, "काश्मीरमध्ये सध्याच्या वातावरणात इथल्या लोकांसह विद्यार्थीही घाबरले आहेत. अशाप्रकारे पसरलेलं भय मी आजवर पाहिलं नाही."
जर काश्मीर खोऱ्याची स्थिती सुधारली आहे असं सरकार म्हणत असेल तर इथं सुरक्षादलांची संख्या का वाढवली जात आहे? असा प्रश्नही त्यांनी विचारला.
त्या म्हणाल्या, " या प्रकारच्या अफवा पसरवून सरकारला कलम 35 अ आणि विशेष राज्याच्या दर्जामध्ये बदल करायचा आहे. इस्लाममध्ये हात जोडण्याची परवानगी नाही. तरिही मी पंतप्रधानांना हात जोडून अशी स्थिती निर्माण करू नका अशी विनंती करते."
राज्यपालांची भेट
जम्मू आणि काश्मीरच्या अनेक प्रादेशिक नेत्यांनी राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक यांची भेट घेतली. राज्यभरात पसरलेल्या अफवा आणि विस्कळीत झालेली व्यवस्था रुळावर आणावी असं आवाहन त्यांनी केलं.
राज्यपाल मलिक यांनी राज्यामध्ये सर्व स्थिती सुरळीत असल्याचं एएनआय वृत्तसंस्थेला सांगितलं.
सत्यपाल मलिक म्हणाले, "संरक्षणासंबंधी दिलेल्या सूचना आणि इतर विषय एकत्र केल्यामुळे अनेक प्रकारच्या अफवा पसरल्या आहेत. आपल्या कार्यकर्त्यांना अशाप्रकारे दोन वेगवेगळे विषय एकत्र करू देऊ नयेत असं आवाहन मी राजकीय नेत्यांना केलं आहे."

खोरं सोडण्याचे आदेश
शुक्रवारी जम्मू आणि काश्मीर सरकारनं सुरक्षेसंबंधी एक सूचना दिल्यानंतर स्थितीमध्ये बदल होऊ लागला.
काश्मीर खोऱ्यामध्ये दहशतवाद्यांकडून हल्ला होण्याची शक्यता सरकारनं वर्तवली तसंच अमरनाथ यात्रेसाठी आलेले भाविक आणि पर्यटकांना परतण्याचा सल्ला दिला.
आपली तीर्थयात्रा लवकर आटपून शक्य तितक्या लवकर खोरं सोडावं असं आवाहन सरकारनं यात्रेकरूंना केलं आहे.
या आवाहनानंतर काश्मीरमध्ये वातावरण बदललं.
भीतीचं वातावरण
संपूर्ण राज्यभरात अशा प्रकारचं दहशतीचं वातावरण का तयार केलं जात आहे असा प्रश्न जम्मू आणि काश्मीरचे माजी मुख्यमंत्री ओमर अब्दुल्ला यांनी ट्वीट केलं आहे.
ते ट्विटमध्ये लिहितात, "गुलमर्गमधील मित्रांना तिथून हटवलं जात आहे. लोकांना पहेलगाम आणि गुलमर्गमधून बाहेर काढण्यासाठी राज्य परिवहनच्या बस वापरल्या जात आहेत. जर अमरनाथ यात्रेला धोका आहे तर गुलमर्ग का मोकळं केलं जात आहे?"
श्रीनगरचे महापौर जुनैद अजीम मट्टु ट्वीट करतात, "आज संरक्षणासंबंधी दिलेल्या सूचनेमुळे या वर्षभरातल्या सर्व पर्यटनाचं नुकसान होईल. इथं लोकांना गृहित धरलं जातं हे मात्र यातून समजलं"
काश्मीरचे विभागीय आयुक्त बसीर अहमद खान म्हणाले, "इथं कर्फ्यू लावलेला नाही. कर्फ्यूचे आदेश कुठेही दिलेला नाहीत. शाळा बंद होणार नाहीत. गुप्तचर विभागानं माहिती दिल्यामुळे सर्व प्रदेशात शांतता राहावी यासाठी गृहमंत्रालयानं सुरक्षेसंबंधी सूचना जाहीर केली होती."
15 ऑगस्टपर्यंत श्रीनगरला येणाऱ्या-जाणाऱ्या पर्यटकांची तिकिटांचं रिशेड्युलिंग आणि रद्द करण्याचं सर्व शुल्क माफ करू. असं एअर इंडियानं घोषित केलं आहे.
इतकंच नाही तर पंजाबचे मुख्यमंत्री कॅप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह यांनीही अमरनाथ यात्रेवरून येणाऱ्या यात्रेकरूंच्या सुरक्षित परतण्यासाठी तयारी करावी असे पठाणकोट जिल्हा प्रशासनाला आदेश दिले आहेत.
