शेवटच्या बॉलपर्यंत चाललेल्या या सामन्यात मुंबईने चेन्नई सुपर किंग्सला एका रनने हरवलं. आणि याबरोबरच मुंबई इंडियन्स सगळ्यात जास्त वेळा (4 वेळा) IPLचं जेतेपद पटकावणारी टीम बनली आहे.

Orange Cap: संपूर्ण स्पर्धेदरम्यान सगळ्यात जास्त रन बनवणाऱ्या बॅटसमनला ऑरेंज कॅप दिली जाते. त्याबरोबर 10 लाख रुपयाचं रोख बक्षीसही. यंदा सनरायझर्स हैद्राबादच्या डेव्हिड वॉर्नरला ही कॅप मिळाली आहे. वॉर्नरने 69.20च्या सरासरीने 692 रन्स केले. त्याचा स्ट्राईक रेट 143.86 होता.

Purple Cap: स्पर्धेत सगळ्यात जास्त विकेटस घेणाऱ्या बॉलरला पर्पल कॅप दिली जाते. या खेळाडूलाही 10 लाख रुपये रोख बक्षीस दिलं जातं.या हंगामात पर्पल कॅप चेन्नई सुपरकिंग्सच्या इम्रान ताहीरला मिळाली. इम्रानने 26 विकेट घेतल्या.

Most Valuable Player: स्पर्धेत सर्वाधिक पॉइंटस मिळवणाऱ्या खेळाडूला मोस्ट व्हॅल्युएबल प्लेअरचा किताब दिला जातो. हे पॉइंट्स त्यांच्या वैयक्तिक कामगिरीवर आधारित असतात - फोर, सिक्स, डॉट बॉल, कॅचेस, स्टंपिंग. या खेळाडूलाही 10 लाख रुपयांचं बक्षीस दिलं जातं.

Super Striker: IPL स्पर्धेत सगळ्यात जास्त स्ट्राइक रेट असणाऱ्या खेळाडूला एक लाख रुपये, एक SUV गाडी आणि ट्रॉफी दिली जाते. यंदा आंद्रे रसेलने या गाडीची चावी मिळवली.
