बघता बघता आला की श्रावण

श्रावणात तसेच मन प्रफुल्ल असते ..... आवडणारा पाऊसही हवा तसा बरसतो एकेका थेंबाने येणारी शिरशिरी गात्रांना सुखावून जाते .....

खळखळ वाहणार्याव पाण्याची ओढ अंतरातल्या उर्मिला उधाण आणते, वाहणाऱ्या पाण्यालाहि मग अनोळखी वाटांना भेट द्यावीशी वाटते .वाट फुटेल तिकडे सैरावैरा पळणारे पाणी सर्वांना चिंब भिजवते ........

हिरवे हिरवे अंकुर मग टवटवीत होऊन डोलू लागतात

ताठ माना करून कोवळी पानं उंच उंच झेपावू पाहतात

मंद धुंदवणारा पारिजातही ओलेत्या सृष्टीला फुलांनी सजवतो .....टपटप पडणाऱ्या फुलांनी जमीन पांढऱ्या केशरी रंगाने झाकली जाते .....

हलकेच पाणी झटकून एक एक फुल वेचताना सुवास धुंद करतो

ओंजळ भरून फुले उचलली की मनाला तृप्त त्याची जाणीव होते

हळूच कुठेतरी आरतीचा आणि घंटीच्या किणकिणाटाचा आवाज कानी येतो ......

आणि माहेरवाशिणीचे मन भानावर येते.....

पटापट परडीभर फुले वेचून, पत्री तोडून, मंगळागौरीच्या पूजेसाठी नेली जातात

देवालाही त्या सृष्टीचा फुलांच्या कोमलतेचा, पत्रीच्या हिरवाईचा मोह व्हावा अशी आरास केली जाऊन सजावट होते ..... घंटानाद तीव्र होत होत पूजा संपते आणि प्रसादाचा दरवळ सगळीकडे पसरतो लहानथोर सर्व हात पुढे सरसावतात

प्रसादाची मुद अलगद उदरात सामावते ........आणि जिव्हा रसना जागृत होते

वेगवेगळ्या खमंग वासाने भूक आणिकच खवळते

......... हिरवेकंच केळीचे पान, पहिल्या वाफेचा पांढरा भात,

पिवळीधम्मक वरण, साजुक तुपाची धार, पक्वान्ने आणि

पानातली डावी उजवी बाजू परिपूर्णतेने नटलेली पान पाहताक्षणी मन सुखावते

उदराग्नि शांत होतो

सगळे मोठे जराशाने लवंडतात, तर सान मात्र परसदारीच्या मोठ्या झाडाला बांधलेल्या झोपाळ्याकडे वळतात....

झोका आकाशात नेण्याची जणू स्पर्धाच सुरू होते .....

परकराचे ओचे करून केसातला गजरा सांभाळत ...पायाने रेटा देत झोका उंच-उंच नेला जातो
