महाविकासआघाडीचे फलित
सरकार कुणाचेही स्थापन झाले तरी ते आपलेच असते म्हणजे राज्यातील किंवा देशातील प्रत्येक नागरिकाचे असते. एखादा पक्ष किंवा नेता आपल्याला आवडत नाही म्हणून सतत त्याच्या विरोधात कारवाई करायची आणि सरकार अस्थिर ठेवायचं हा प्रयत्न २०१४ पासून सुरु झालेला आहे. स्वतःला बळजबरीने पुरोगामी म्हणवून घेणार्या लोकांनी भाजपा सरकारला हे आपले सरकार नाही म्हणजे हे परकीय सरकार आहे अशा थाटात विरोध केलेला आहे. पण या सरकारने अशक्य वाटणारे ऐतिहासिक आणि जनतेच्या हिताचे निर्णय घेतलेले आहे. महाराष्ट्रातही मेट्रो सारखे निर्णय घेऊन सर्वसामान्यांना दिलासा मिळालेला आहे. इतकंच नव्हे तर ज्या कॉंग्रेसने भगवा आतंकवाद असा कांगावा केला होता, त्याचाही पडदा फाटला होता. पण आता शिवसेना भगवा आतंकवाद म्हणवणार्यांसोबत स्वतःच्या पक्षाचा भगवा फडकवत आहे. अर्थात जनतेने बहुमत दिले ते युतीला आणि मुख्यमंत्रीपदाचे दावेदार म्हणून जनतेसमोर उभं केलं गेलं ते देवेंद्र फडणविसांना. म्हणून युतीला जी काही मते किंवा जागा मिळाल्या आहेत त्या फडणविसांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली, लोकशाही आणि संविधानानुसार महाराष्ट्राततल्या बहुसंख्य जनतेला वाटत होतं की पुन्हा एकदा देवेंद्र फडणविस मुख्यमंत्री व्हावे. कारण किती तरी वर्षाने भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त आणि सलग ५ वर्षे पूर्ण करणारं हे सरकार होतं. पण हा जनादेश नाकारत शिवसेनेने केवळ मुख्यमंत्री या पदासाठी, उद्धवजींना मुख्यमंत्री व्हायचं होतं या आकांक्षेसाठी जनाधार नाकारुन ते कॉंग्रेस आनि राष्ट्रवादीसोबत गेले. दोन्ही कॉंग्रेसचा अजेंडा भाजपला सत्तेपासून दूर ठेवणे हा असल्यामुळे आघाडीकडे शिवसेनेपेक्षा जास्त जागा असतानाही शिवसेनेला मुख्यमंत्रीपद देण्यात आले. असो. नव्या सरकारला आपण शुभेच्छा देऊया. कारण कुणीही मुख्यमंत्री होवो, सत्ता कुणाचीही असो, तो मुख्यमंत्री आपला आहे, ते सरकार आपले आहे हे मानणे म्हणजेच लोकशाहीचा आदर करणे व संविधानाचे पालन करणे होय.

भीमा-कोरेगाव दंगल असो किंवा नक्षलवाद असो या मागे शहरी नक्षलवाद्यांचा हात आहे. याबद्दल महाराष्ट्र सरकारकडे प्रचंड पुरावे आहेत. त्या पुराव्यांवर आधारित अनेक पांढरपेशी लोकांचे बुरखे फाडले गेले आहेत. आता उद्धवजींच्या कृपेने ते सर्व पुरावे कॉंग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादी कॉंग्रेसच्या हाती लागणार आहेत. त्यानंतर त्या पुराव्यांचं काय होणार आहे हे काही वेगळं सांगायला नको. स्मीता गायकवाड ह्यांनी शहरी नक्षलवादावर अनेक अभ्यासू लेख लिहिले आहेत. ते लेख जरी तुम्ही वाचले तर त्यातलं तथ्य आणि भयानकता तुमच्या लक्षात येईल. दुसरी गोष्ट निखिल वागळेंनी सरकार कोणत्या दिशेने काम करणार आहे हेही स्पष्ट केलेलं आहे. पूर्वीचा जो जातीवाद आहे तो पुन्हा महाराष्ट्रात पोसला जाणार आहे. निखिल वागळे ह्यांनी अजून एक ट्विट केलं होतं, ज्यात ते अमृता फडणविस ह्यांना उद्देशून म्हणतात आता कोणतं गाण गाणार? असं लिहितात. हा पराकोटीचा द्वेष महाराष्ट्र पुन्हा अनुभवणार आहे. आता तुम्ही म्हणाल की परुळेकर किंवा वागळे हे काही सरकारचे घटक नाहीत आणि सरकार शिवसेनेचे आहेत व शिवसेनेवर असले संस्कार झाले नाहीत. तर मी एक गोष्ट स्पष्ट करु इच्छितो की पहिली गोष्ट म्हणजे हे सरकार शिवसेनेचे नसून महाविकासआघाडीचे आहे. जी पूर्वी आघाडी होती व कॉंग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादीला मिळून म्हणजेच आघाडीला शिवसेनेपेक्षा जास्त जागा आहेत. त्यात शिवसेना समाविष्ट झाली आणि आघाडीची महाविकासआघाडी झाली. म्हणून हे सरकार कॉंग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादीच्या टेकूवर व रिमोट कंट्रोलवर चालणार आहे. नवाब मलिक म्हणालेच आहेत की शिवसेनेचे मूळ हिंदुत्व नाही आणि यावर शिवसेनेने आक्षेप घेतलेला नाही. सरकार स्थापन होण्याआधीच असल्या गोष्टी होत आहेत. शिवसेनेने हिंदुत्ववादी राहावं की ते फेकून द्यावं याच्याशी माझं तरी काही देणं घेण नाही.
पण अशा प्रकारची तडजोड शिवसेनेने केलेली आहे. म्हणूनच मी म्हणतोय की हे सरकार शिवसेनेचे नसून महाविकासआघाडीचे आहे आणि सूत्रधार शरद पवार व कॉंग्रेस असणार आहेत. आता पहिला प्रश्न असा होता की परुळेकर आणि वागळे हे काही सरकारी घटक नाहीत. ते सरकारी घटक नसले तरी ज्या विचारांचं सरकार आलंय त्या विचारांचे ते घटक आहेत. म्हणूनच येणारे सरकार कसे असणार आहे हेच त्यांनी आपल्या ट्विटद्वारे मांडलंय. काल स्वतःला पुरोगामी व संविधानवादी म्हणवून घेणारे तसेच बर्याचदा वाहिनींवर चर्चेला बसणारे श्रीरंजन आवटे म्हणाले की भाजपला जरी बहुमत मिळाला असला "भाजपला १०५ जागा मिळाल्या म्हणजे बहुमत नसले तरीही त्यांच्या दिशेने कौल होता, तरीही लोक खुष का आहेत?" मी त्यांना विचारलं की "मी नगरिक नाही का?" तर ते म्हणाले "तुम्ही भक्त आहात" मग मी विचारलं "संविधानात भक्त नागरिक नसतात का?" तर त्यांच्याकडे उत्तर नव्हतं. हा भेदभाव आता सुरु झालेला आहे. तुम्ही आमच्यासोबत नाहीत याचा अर्थ तुम्ही भारताचे नागरिक नाहीत, संविधानावर तुमचा हक्क नाही असा हा साधा सरळ नियम आहे. थोडक्यात काय तर महाविकावआघाडीचे हे फलित आहे.

आता आपण मूळ मुद्द्याकडे येऊया. हे अनैसर्गिक महाविकासआघाडीचे सरकार येणार आहे. लोकशाही आणि संविधानानुसार कॉंग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादीला जनतेने केव्हाच नाकरलेले आहे. शिवसेनेमुळे त्यांना पुन्हा गोडाचे दिवस आले आहेत. येणार्या सरकारचे परिणाम काय होतील याचा ट्रेलर सध्या प्रदर्शित झालेला आहे. तो ट्रेलर म्हणजे राजू परुळेकर आणि स्वयंघोषित तरुण पुरोगाम्यांचे गुरु निखिल वागळे ह्यांच्या ट्विटरवरुन लक्षात येते. निखिल वागळे ट्विट करुन लिहितात "It is said brahmins of maharashtra are unahappy with fadnavis exit. they thought it was their government. But bahujans and rural masses are very happy to have this new anti-BJP government led by uddhav thackeray. it is a clear polarisation. who cares for 3% brahmins". राजू परुळेकरांचं ट्विट आहे "अर्बन नक्षल या फेक कटाचे महाराष्ट्रातून लोकांनी कायमचे उच्चाटन केले. देशातुनही करतील". हे दोन्ही पत्रकार स्वयंघोषित पुरोगाम्यांमध्ये ख्याती प्राप्त झालेले आहेत. निखिल वागळे ह्यांनी ट्विट करुन हे स्पष्ट केले आहे की यापुढे महाराष्ट्रातून हद्दपार होत असलेले जातीचे राजकारण पुन्हा खेळले जाणार आहे आणि परुळेकरांनी हे स्पष्ट केले आहे की महाराष्ट्र सरकारकडे शहरी नक्षलवादासंबंधी जे कागदपत्रे आहेत ती नष्ट केली जाणार आहे.
