Vastu Artiacle in Marathi | फ्लॅटस् संबंधीत वास्तुनियम
वाढती लोकसंखया आणि जागेच्या अभावामुळे फ्लॅटस् स्कीमची आवश्यकता मोठ्या प्रमाणात वाढत आहे. एकाच बिल्डींगमध्ये अनेक फ्लॅटस् असल्या कारणाने प्रत्येक फ्लॅटची आंतरीक आणि बाहेरील रचना वास्तुशास्त्रानुसार राहत नाही. काही बिल्डर स्वतःच्या फायद्याकरीता वास्तुशास्त्राच्या नियमाकडे दुर्लक्ष करुन फ्लॅटस् निर्माण करतात आणि परिणाम स्वरुप फ्लॅटस् धारकांना दुःख, त्रास, शरीरासंबंधी रोग, मानसीक त्रास, कलह इत्यादींना बळी पडावे लागते. परंतु जर आपण वास्तुशास्त्राचे नियम लक्षात ठेवून फ्लॅट खरेदी केला तर नक्कीच आपण आपल्या स्वतःच्या घराचा आनंद घेवू शकतो.
फ्लॅट खरेदी करण्या अगोदर खाली दिलेल्या नियमाप्रमाणे फ्लॅट आहे की नाही याची खात्री करुन घ्यावी.
फ्लॅटचे मुखयदार हे दक्षिण-आग्नेय, दक्षिण अथवा नैऋत्य दिशेला उघडणारे असल्यास तो फ्लॅट खरेदी करु नये. पण जर असा फ्लॅट खरेदी केला असेल तर मुखयदार हे फार कमी वेळेकरीता उघडावे. तसेच अष्टकोनी आरसा मुख्यदारावर लावावा. नाहीतर या दिशेने येणारी अशुभ किरणे घरातील वातावरणाला दुषीत करेल आणि घरातील सर्व व्यक्तींना मानसीक त्रास होऊ शकतो.

WD
फ्लॅटचा ईशान्य कोन कटलेला असेल असा फ्लॅट खरेदी करु नफा, जर असं असल्यास त्या फ्लॅटमध्ये राहू नये कारण यामुळे घरातील कर्ता व्यक्ती कितीही चांगल्या विचारांचा असो वेळ त्याला साथ देणार नाही आणि घरातील इतर व्यक्तींना डोक्या संबंधीत त्रास होण्याची शक्यता राहील.

ज्या फ्लॅटला कोपरे नसेल असा फ्लॅट खरेदी करु नये.
