निष्णात आणि प्रसिद्ध नृत्य दिग्दर्शक आणि व्हिक्टरी आर्ट्स फाऊंडेशन या स्वयंसेवी संस्थेने शामक दावर यांचे वार्षिक सादरीकरण सेंट अॅन्ड्र्यूज सभागृहात केले. जागतिक अपंगत्व दिनाच्या निमित्ताने विशेष मुलांच्या भावविश्वात सामील झाले, व्हिक्टरी आर्ट्सच्या सादरीकरणाने वेगवेगळ्या वयोगटातील, लिंग, जाती, वर्ग यांच्या ४५० हुन अधिक, कोणताही पूर्वग्रह न ठेवता एकत्र येत सादरीकरण केले.
व्हिक्टरी आर्ट्स फाउंडेशन ही एक एनजीओ आहे, ज्यात बौद्धिक अपंगत्व असलेल्या मुलांसह डाउन सिंड्रोम, सेरेब्रल पाल्सी, ऑटिझम, व्हीलचेयर वापरणार्या व्यक्ती, क्रॉच आणि कॅलिपर, व्हिचुअल कमजोरी असलेल्या व्यक्ती, श्रवण क्षमता कमी असलेल्या व्यक्ती, भावनिक आघात झालेल्या मुलांसह कार्य करते (अनाथ आणि बाल मजूर), बांधकाम कामगारांची मुले, ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, महिला/ मुले जे मानवी तस्करीला बळी पडतात आणि घरगुती हिंसाचाराचा बळी पडतात किंवा आजाराने ग्रस्त मुले आणि प्रौढ (कर्करोग, स्किझोफ्रेनिया आणि एचआयव्ही संक्रमित), कायद्याशी संघर्ष करणारे मुले आणि प्रौढ यांच्यासाठी काम करते.

या सादरीकरणात १४ स्वयंसेवी संस्थांनी सहभाग घेत शोमध्ये सादर केलेल्या नेत्रदीपक कामगिरीची नोंद केली. वेगवेगळ्या स्वयंसेवी संस्थांमधील सर्व मुलांना शामकच्या उत्कृष्ट नृत्य विद्याशाखेतर्फे प्रशिक्षण देण्यात आले होते. या कामगिरीने प्रेक्षकांवर मंत्रमुग्ध करणारा प्रभाव पाडला; प्रेक्षकांनी विशेष मुलांना प्रोत्साहित केले.
