चांगल्या आरोग्यासाठी आनंदी राहणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यामुळेच मोदी सरकारने रामायण सारखी मनोरंजक अस धर्म शिकवणारी मालिका रामायण सुरु केली. व्यायामाने शरीर अन मन सुदृढ राहते. सकाळी लवकर उठून व्यायाम केल्याने मन अस आरोग्यह चांगल राहते. लवकर उठून मन इश्वर चिंतन केल्याने शांती लाभते. पावसाळ्यात व हिवाळ्यात दूपारी दिवसा झोपल्याने मधूमेहाच प्रमाण वाढतं. 8 तास झोपही मनुष्यास आवश्यक आहे. सुर्यास अर्घ्य द्या सकाळच्या कोवळ्या उन्हात 15 ते 20 मिनीट थांबा व्यायाम करा त्याने व्हिट्यामिन डी मिळत.

सकाळी गरम पाणी प्या. सध्या कोरोनाच्या लॉकडाऊन मध्ये भरपूर पुस्तक वाचा. संतुलित आहार घ्या आपल्या आहारात ए,बी सी,डी,ई या डीवनसत्तांचा समावेश असावा. दूध प्या. हिरव्या पालेभाज्या फळे यांचा समावेश असावा.ताजे अन्न खा. जस अन्न खाल तशी मन होतं.हत्ती रेडा, बैल हे कधीच मांसहार करत नाही पण त्यांच्यात प्रचंड ताकद असते. व्यसनेच्या आहारी जाऊ नका. रोग प्रतिकार शक्ति वाढव कोरोना सारखा आजार पासून तुम्ही बरेच लांब राहाल.
