कुर्बानीचा खरा हेतू : ईद उल अजहा विशेष
ईद उल अजहाच्या दिवशी कुर्बानी दिली जाते. अल्लाहची कृपा आपल्यावर व्हावी यासाठी कुर्बानी हा त्याच्यापर्यंत पोहोचण्याचा मार्ग आहे. अर्थातच, कुर्बानीचा प्रसाद अल्लाहपर्यंत पोहोचत नाही. पण भावना मात्र पोहोचते. कुर्बानी देणाऱ्या बंद्याची त्यामागची भावना चांगली आहे ना हे अल्लाह पडताळून पाहतो. अतिशय पवित्र मार्गाने जे कमाविले आहे, तेच कुर्बानीच्या माध्यमातून बंद्याने खर्च करावे अशी अल्लाहची अपेक्षा असते. कुर्बानी ईदसह तीन दिवस दिली जाते.
कुर्बानीचा इतिहास-
इब्राहीम अलैय सलाम हे एक पैगंबर होते. त्यांना स्वप्नात अल्लाहचा हुकुम झाला की त्यांनी आपला प्रिय मुलगा इस्माईलची (जे पुढे पैगंबर झाले) आपल्यासाठी कुर्बानी द्यावी. इब्राहीम अलैय सलाम यांच्यासाठी ही कसोटीची वेळ होती. एकीकडे मुलावरचे प्रेम आणि दुसरीकडे अल्लाहचा हुकूम. प्राधान्य कुणाला द्यायचे. पण इब्राहीम अलैय सलाम यांनी अल्लाहचा हुकूम मानला आणि मुलाची कुर्बानी देण्यासाठी ते तयार झाले.
पण अल्लाहला सगळ्यांच्या मनात काय चालले ते बरोबर समजते. इब्राहीम अलैय सलाम सुरी घेऊन मुलाची कुर्बानी देण्यास लागले. त्यावेळी फरीश्त्यांचे सरदार (देवदूत) विद्युतवेगाने धावत आले आणि त्यांनी इस्माईल अलैय सलाम यांना सुरीखालून काढले आणि सुरीखाली बकरीला ठेवले. बकरीवर सुरी फिरली आणि अल्लाहला पहिली कुर्बानी मिळाली. त्यानंतर जिब्रिल अमीन यानी इब्राहीम अलैय सलाम यांना सांगितले, की तुमची कुर्बानी अल्लाने कबूल केली असून तो तुम्ही दिलेल्या कुर्बानीवर खुश आहे.

अल्ला सगळ्यांच्या मनात काय चालले आहे ते ओळखतो. कुर्बानी देणाऱ्या बंद्याच्या मनातील हेतू स्वच्छ आहे की नाही हेही त्याला माहित असते. अल्लाहचा हुकूम मानून आणि त्याची कृपा प्राप्त करण्यासाठी कुर्बानी दिल्यास नक्कीच तो त्याची कृपा प्राप्त करेल. पण कुर्बानी देताना उगाचच दिखावा केल्यास अल्लाहला ते मंजूर नाही. कुर्बानी प्रतिष्ठेसाठी वा इज्जतीसाठी दिली जात नाही तर अल्लाहच्या इबादतसाठी, कृपेसाठी दिली जाते.
कुर्बानी कुणी द्यावी-
शरीयतनुसार कुर्बानी कोणताही पुरूष अथवा स्त्री देऊ शकतो, ज्याच्याकडे तेरा हजार रूपये किंवा तेवढ्या किमतीचे सोने, चांदी किंवा रूपये, सोने व चांदी मिळून तेरा हजार रूपये आहेत.
कुर्बानी न दिल्यास-
ईद अल अजहाच्या दिवशी कुर्बानी देणे गरजेचे (वाजिब) आहे. वाजिब हे कर्तव्याच्या (फर्ज) खाली आहे. पण कुर्बानी देण्यास सर्व अनुकूल परिस्थिती असूनही कुर्बानी न दिल्यास तो गुन्हेगार असेल. कुर्बानी महागड्या बकऱ्याची दिली पाहिजे असे अजिबात नाही. काही ठिकाणी सार्वजनिक कुर्बानी दिली जाते, त्यातही तुम्ही सहभागी होऊ शकता. लायकी असूनही, सर्व अनूकूल परिस्थिती असूनही एखाद्याने कुर्बानी दिली नसेल तर तो वर्षातून एकदा सदका (धार्मिक त्याग, दानधर्म) करून हे कर्तव्य पार पाडू शकतो. हे दानधर्म एकदा न करता वर्षातून थोडे थोडे केले तरी चालते. दानधर्मातूनच आपल्या पूर्वजांच्या आत्म्यापर्यंत पुण्या पोहोचविता येते.
कुर्बानीचे वाटप-
कुर्बानीनंतरच्या मांसाचे (प्रसाद) तीन भाग करावेत, असा सल्ला शरीयतमध्ये दिला आहे. एक हिस्सा गरीब लोकांमध्ये वाटावा. दुसरा आपल्या मित्रामध्ये द्यावा आणि तिसरा हिस्सा आपल्या घरात घेऊन यावा. तीन हिस्से करणे गरजेचेच आहे, असे नाही. घर, कुटुंब मोठे असेल तर दोन किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त हिस्से केले तरी चालतात. गरीबांमध्ये मात्र हा प्रसाद वाटलाच पाहिजे.
ईदच्या दिवशी हे करावे-
ईदचा दिनक्रम असा असावा. १. शरीयतच्या नुसार त्यादिवशी स्वतःला सजविले पाहिजे. २. स्नान करणे. ३. मिस्वाक करणे (दात घासणे) ४. चांगले कपडे परिधान करावेत. ५. सुगंधी अत्तर लावणे. ६. सकाळी लवकर उठणे. ७. सकाळी लवकर ईदगाहमध्ये जाणे. ८. ईदगाहमध्ये जाण्यापूर्वी गोड पदार्थ खाणे. ९. ईदचा नमाज ईदगाहमध्ये जाऊन अदा करणे. १०. एका रस्त्याने जाऊन दुसऱ्या रस्त्याने परत येणे. ११. पायी जाणे. १२. रस्त्यात जाताना हळू हळू तकबीर (विशेष प्रार्थना) करणे.
