क्वारंटाइन काळात उपयोगी आयुर्वेदिक काढा

सध्याच्या काळात सर्व जग वैश्विक महामारी कोरोनाने ग्रासलेले आहेत. ह्या काळात फक्त आयुर्वेदिक औषधेच आहे जे की माणसाची रोग प्रतिकारक शक्ती वाढवीत आहेत. त्याच बरोबर आजाराचे संसर्ग वाढू नये त्यासाठी देखील लढत आहे. सध्या मध्यप्रदेश सरकार लोकांमध्ये या काढ्याचे मोफत वाटप करीत आहे. प्रदेशाचे मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान यांनी आपल्या संदेशामध्ये म्हटले आहे की जवळ जवळ एक कोटी परिवारास या औषधेचे मोफत वाटप करण्यात आले आहे.

शासकीय स्वायत्त अष्टांग आयुर्वेदिक महाविद्यालय आणि रुग्णालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. सतीश शर्मा म्हणाले की महाविद्यालय आणि रुग्णालयाच्या पथकांनी सुमारे 3 लक्ष्य लोकांना आयुर्वेदिक औषधांचे वाटप केले आहे. ते सांगतात की या औषधांमध्ये त्रिकूट चूर्ण, संशमनी वटी, अणू तेल आणि आर्सेनिक अल्बम 30 चे समावेश केलेले आहेत. हे सर्व औषधे माणसांची रोग प्रतिकारक शक्ती वाढविण्याचे काम करतात.

डॉ. शर्मा म्हणतात की जिल्हा प्रशासनाद्वारे ज्या ठिकाणी कोरोनाचा दुष्प्रभाव जास्त आहे त्याच ठिकाणी ह्या औषधांचे वाटप करण्यात आले आहे. ते सांगतात की महाविद्यालयाच्या आवारात हे औषधे भरली जात आहे. तसेच काढा सुद्धा येथेच तयार करीत आहोत. हे औषधे आणि काढे यांचे वाटप क्वारंटाईन सेंटर मध्ये करण्यात आले आहे.

प्राचार्य डॉ. शर्मा सांगतात की महाविद्यालयाच्या आवारामध्ये आरोग्य कषायम 20 नावाचे काढे शास्त्रीय पद्धतीने तयार करीत आहोत. क्वारंटाईन सेंटरमध्ये त्यांचा वाटप करीत आहोत. त्यांनी सांगितले की हे काढे घेतल्याने क्वारंटाईनच्या पुढील टप्प्यात जाण्याची शक्यता कमी होते. ते म्हणाले की आपली इच्छा असल्यास आपण स्वतःच हा काढा घरच्या घरी बनवू शकता.

वेबदुनियाच्या पाठकांसाठी डॉ. शर्माने काढा तयार करण्याची पद्धत सांगितली आहे.

काढा तयार करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य :

गुडूची 4 ग्रॅम, सुंठ 4 ग्रॅम, भूम्यामलकी 3 ग्राम, यष्ठीमधु 2 ग्राम, हरितकी 2 ग्राम, पिप्पली 2 ग्राम, मरीच 3 ग्राम.

बनविण्याची पद्धत :

400 मिली पाण्यामध्ये वरील सर्व द्रव्ये टाकून उकळून घेणे. पाणी अर्धे होयपर्यंत उकळून घ्यावे. जास्त प्रमाणात काढा करावयाचा असल्यास पाण्याचे प्रमाण वाढवून घ्यावे.

वापरण्याची पद्धत :

100 मिलीलीटर काढा सकाळी आणि 100 मिलीलीटर काढा संध्याकाळी गूळ घालून सेवन करावा. मधुमेहाच्या रुग्णांनी गूळ वगळता घ्यावे.
