भारत भर बरेच विद्यार्थी upsc अन mpsc परीक्षा देतात पण बऱ्याच वेळेला विद्यार्थी अन त्याच्या पालकांना हि गोष्ट माहित कि पाल्य नक्की पास होणार आहे सध्या upsc अन mpsc त जागा किती पास होणार टक्का किती ? जरी ह्या गोष्टी काहींना माहित जरी असल्या तरी बरेच जण अधिकारी होणार त्या भावनेने परीक्षा देत असतात पालकांचा ह्या त्यांना अजून पाठिंबा असतो. असो चांगली गोष्ट आहे पण कधी विचार केलाय ह्या मुले पुढे जर आपण अधिकारी नाहीच झालो तर खाजगी कंपनी जॉब देणार आहे. दिला तरी किती हजारांवर देईल ? कारण कुठली चांगली गोष्ट करायची असेल तर चांगली अन वाईट गोष्ट आलीच ? यश अन अपयश आलाच. किती विद्यार्थी पूर्व नियोजन करून upsc अन mpsc कडे वळतात. फार थोडे कारण पूर्व नियोजनाचा अभाव ?
मेहनतीला देव नक्की फळ देतोच तो द्यायलाच बसलाय. म्हणतात ९९ % मेहनत अन १% नजीब हवच असत. १% म्हणजे देवाची आपल्यावर असलेली कृपा त्याच्या इच्छेशिवाय काही होणार नसत. तुम्ही म्हणत असाल कि मी भरपूर मेहनत करून upsc अन mpsc सहजच पास होईल ते साफ खोट असत तस होणार नसत झालच तो लाखात एक असतो. तुम्हाला १ जागा आहे upsc अन mpsc तरी ती मिळवण्याच्या जिद्दीत तुम्ही जीवापाड मेहनत करत असता पण तुमच्या पेक्षा १००० पटीने मेहनत घेणारे हि असतात किंवा नशीब हि असू शकत कि तुम्ही तिथपर्यंत पोहचत नाहीत. मोटिवेशनल भाषण तुम्ही खूप ऐकत जरी असला तरी सार तुमच्यावर अवलंबून असत. अन तुम्ही कधी निर्णय घेतलाय त्यावर फार कटाक्षाने लक्ष द्यायला हवं. भविष्यात तुम्हाला काय करायचंय यावर जास्त लक्ष द्यायला हव. २५ व्य वर्षी म्हणत असला कि मला upsc अन mpsc परीक्षा घ्यायचीय देऊ शकतात पण तुम्ही इतर मुलांनपेक्षा फार मागे असता. त्यांच्या पर्यंत पोहचायला फार वेळ लागेल. कारण जेवढ तुम्ही नसेल वाचलेलं तेवढ त्याने वाचन केलेलं असत. मग तुम्ही कुठं लागत त्याच्या समोर इथे तर पायऱ्या प्रत्येकाला चढायच्या आहेत. वेळेला हि किंमत असतेच इथे. धैय प्रत्येकाचं एकच असत सर्व पायऱ्या चढून पार करायच्या अन आपलं धैय साध्य करायचं.
पूर्व नियोजन तुमचं जर योग्य असेल तर तुम्हीही यशस्वी झालात पण जर का इथेच गडबड झाली कि तुम्ही नापास हे महत्वाचं सूत्र आहे. अन धैय ठरवत असताना दोन गोष्टींचा विचार तर झाला पाहिजे चांगल्या आणि वाईट. धैय पूर्ण नाही झालं तर पुढे काय हेही महत्वाचं असतंच. हे नाही तर ते योग्य त्यावेळेत नाहीतर बेरोजगार होण्याची अन कुठेतरी फालतूंच आपल्याला नको ते काम करण्याची पाळी आपल्यावर येते. तुम्ही ठरावल नाही मला upsc अन mpsc पूर्णच करायचं आहे चांगली गोष्ट आहे पण त्यालाही मर्यादा आहेच. शासनाने ३८ वय केलाय म्हणून काय ३८ वर्षापर्यंत परीक्षा देणार आहेत का ? इथे विचार व्हायला हवा. शासन विद्यार्थ्यांना खुश करण्यासाठी निर्णय देत आहे मग काय ते धरून चालायचं मुळीच नाही अन तास करूही नाही. त्याने आपलाच नुकसान जास्त आहे.

१ करोड पर्यंत परीक्षा फॉर्म upsc अन mpsc चे भरले जातात. काही उगाच भरतात तर काही खरंच जिद्धीने फॉर्म भरतात. पण पास होण्याची टक्केवारी किती आहे. १% पण नाही मग ९९ % मुलांचे पैसे वायाच गेले ना. त्याने upsc अन mpsc च्या बोर्डचा फायदा झाला. विचार करूनच साऱ्या गोष्टी झाल्या पाहिजेत. अन शासनानेही काही नियम लागू केले पाहिजेत योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन दिल पाहिजे. क्लास शासनाकडूनच घेतले पाहिजेत. कुठल्या वेळेला करिअर विषय काय निर्णय घ्यावा याचे योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन झाले पाहिजे. अन नियमावली ठरवली गेली पाहिजे. upsc अन mpsc बोर्ड निर्णय घेत नाही कारण भरपूर पैसे मिळतो इकडे अधिकारी होण्याच्या जिद्दीपायी मुलगा पार ३५ पर्यंत अभ्यास करतो. कुठे तरी नक्की व्यवस्था चुकत आहे तीचा शोध घेऊन निर्णय झाले पाहिजेत. शासन कधी योग्य निर्णय घेत नाही अन योग्य निर्णय असल्याचा भासून नको ते निर्णय घेऊन मोकळी होते शेवटी तोटा गरीब विद्यार्थ्यांचाच होतो.
पुण्यात आज upsc अन mpsc करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांची संख्या पाहिली तर फारच जास्त विद्यार्थी upsc अन mpsc चा अभ्यास करताना दिसतात याचा अर्थ हि कौतुकाची गोष्ट नाही तर ह्या मागे बरीच कारण हि असू शकतात. आम्ही आधीच म्हटलो चांगल्या वाईट दोन्ही गोष्टींचा विचार होऊनच सद्विवेक बुद्धीने निर्णय झालं पाहिजे. सर्वात जास्त विद्यार्थी upsc अन mpsc कडे वळत असतील तर हि धोक्याची घंटा आहे हे ज्ञानात ठेवलं पाहिजे. कारण टक्केवारी बघा त्यावरून लक्षात येईलच. अन यामुळेच भारतातील बेरोजगारी बराच प्रमाण वाढत आहे. तरुण मुलांच्या मध्ये काहीतरी न्यूनगंड असतो. किंवा पहाड खोदणे म्हणतो त्यातील काहीशी अवस्था ह्या मुलांमध्ये असते. upsc अन mpsc साठी सुद्धा पात्र ता लागते ती त्यामुलात नसेल अन उगीच आपलं काहीही धैय मनात बाळगणे.
आपण साऱ्यांनी ह्या गोष्टीवर व्यवस्थित विचार करायला हवा अन योग्य तो निर्णय घेऊनच साऱ्या गोष्टी झाल्या पाहिजेत. अभियांत्रिकी विद्यार्थी असतील संगणक शास्त्रातील विद्यार्थी असतील किंवा इतर विद्यार्थी असतील माझ स्पष्ट मत आहे त्याविद्यार्थ्यांनी ह्या कडे फिरकूंनही बघितलं नाही पाहिजे. पण ह्यातही दोन गोष्टी आल्याचं. तिकडे हि नौकरी आहेत का किंवा आपण कौशल्य संपन्न आहोत का ?
योग्य निर्णय तोही पूर्व नियोजित निर्णय घ्या यश आपलंच आहे. कामयाबी के पीछे मत भागो काबील बनो कामयाबी झाक मार के आयेगी.
